Why Do I Practice Yi Ren® Qigong and want to share it with the world?
When I went inward with my focus and started to cultivate qi and observe myself, I quickly realized that there is an enormous world inside to explore. I practice and teach Yi Ren Qigong because it provides a detailed map for exploration into this internal world, including, of course, revelations about my health, and who I truly am. The practice of qigong and internal observation has opened up a lifelong journey of discovery and understanding that is endlessly fascinating and a real adventure. It has rewarded me for many years now, and I enjoy the process of showing others the way to empower themselves by means of Dr. Sun's simple, elegant, and tremendously effective system of Qigong practice.
